Who is it for?
A solution designed for stress urinary incontinence in men
Leaking on exertion affects many men, yet it is rarely talked about. It happens when pressure in the abdomen rises faster than the sphincter can hold it back: a cough, a sneeze, a laugh, a change of position, a workout.
SEAL may help you if…
- you have leakage after prostate surgery (prostatectomy)
- your leakage started with age
- you do intensive sport and lose a few drops on exertion
- you live with a spinal cord injury and still have normal skin sensation
- your leakage is moderate (level 1 to 2) and linked to exertion
SEAL is not suitable if…
- you have an overactive bladder or sudden urges to pass urine (urge incontinence)
- you have impaired skin sensation
- you have cognitive impairment
- you are looking for night-time protection: SEAL must not be worn while sleeping

How it works
A simple, soft external sphincter
SEAL applies gentle, evenly spread pressure to the urethra at the base of the penis. It works like an external artificial sphincter: urine is held back during exertion, without cutting off blood flow the way a tourniquet would.
- SqueezePress both ends between your thumb and index finger: the central slit opens.
- PositionPlace the clamp horizontally at the base of the penis.
- ReleaseThe clamp closes and stays in place. That's all.

Using it well
A few simple rules for comfortable wear
- Move the clamp along the penis during the day, for example every 3 hours when you go to pass urine.
- Check the skin where the clamp touches it. If it turns red, remove the clamp and wait until the redness has gone.
- Take it off before you go to sleep.
- Wash it every day in warm soapy water, then dry it.
For the first few days, take the time to find the right position: the clamp should stop leaks without being painful.
