“Products designed by and for people with disabilities”

Our story

YOOG is the story of an engineer who, like many people, goes through a life-changing accident. He doesn't know whether he will recover from this ordeal, but he gives it a go. He has no choice anyway.

It is then that he truly understands what resilience is: the ability to recover from trauma. Not just healing, but becoming a better version of yourself, even when your body is diminished and bears the marks of a painful past. Because it is through adversity that we grow, discover who we are and find the keys to going beyond our limits.

Our philosophy

Disability is part of who we are, but it does not define us. It is a trait that, when you are creative and full of ideas, pushes you onto less-travelled paths. Not the shortest ones. But these winding routes lead to happiness too.

Kintsugi, a Japanese art dating back to the 15th century, repairs a broken object by highlighting its cracks with gold instead of hiding them. Mended and then honoured, the object embraces its past and paradoxically becomes stronger, more beautiful and more precious than before it broke.

Our mission

To travel these steep paths, you need a good mount and a few assistive aids. YOOG's mission is to develop technologies that are innovative, reliable and pleasant to live with. Because what lies ahead of you now is making the most of life's pleasures, having fun and exploring.
